Research from Keep Britain Tidy found that 9 out of 10 dog owners were already picking up after their dogs.
The challenge was connecting with the remaining few.
Previous campaigns had often taken a hard-hitting approach, creating denial and resistance.
So rather than pointing fingers, we decided it was time to let the dogs do the talking.
Lighter and more relatable, our Bag It, Bin It campaign, encouraged behaviour change without the blame.
